George Bernard Shaw tells us, “Life isn’t about finding yourself.  Life is about creating yourself.”

Never underestimate the importance, the far reaching impact of self discovery, creative thinking and attention to re-storying our lives.

To find our way, we need to explore who we are at our core.  As we take time for ourselves through journal writing and creative thinking, we find self compassion, clarity and possibilities.  We find hope.
